Eligibility — Who Can Use Lotus365

Lotus365 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If the user is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits may be returned at our discretion after investigation.
One Account Per Person
Each person is permitted to hold one Lotus365 account only. You may not register multiple accounts under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or any other identifying details.
If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings earned across duplicate accounts may be voided. Only the original account may be reinstated at our discretion.
Accurate Registration Details
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Lotus365 account. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform.
Jurisdiction and Legal Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lotus365 complies with the laws applicable in your state and region. Online betting regulations vary across Indian states, and some states have specific restrictions on online gambling activity.
Lotus365 does not provide legal advice. By registering and using the platform, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Mental Capacity
You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when using Lotus365. You must not use the platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.
3. Account Registration and Management
How to Register
Registration is completed through the official Lotus365 website or app. You must provide:
- Full legal name
- Registered mobile number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Chosen username and password
By completing registration, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Lotus365 account. This includes:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
- Logging out of shared or public devices after every session
- Enabling two-factor authentication for additional security
- Notifying Lotus365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Lotus365 will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from Lotus365 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
Account Verification — KYC
Before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances, Lotus365 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide:
- Government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card or passport
- PAN card
- Proof of address where required
- Selfie or live photo for identity confirmation
KYC verification is a mandatory requirement and not optional. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. We recommend completing KYC as soon as you register rather than waiting until you want to withdraw.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Lotus365 reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee on inactive accounts or to close them after appropriate notice. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account Closure
You may request to close your Lotus365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.
4. Deposits
Making a Deposit
Deposits can be made through the payment methods available in your account — including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, net banking, and digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
Deposit Processing
The vast majority of deposits are processed instantly. Occasional delays may occur due to payment network issues outside our control. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
Deposit Ownership
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, use another person’s payment method, or use funds obtained through illegal means.
Failed Deposits
If a deposit payment is initiated but fails to reach your Lotus365 balance, the funds will either be returned to your original payment method automatically or held pending investigation. Contact support with your transaction reference if a deposit appears to have been deducted from your bank but not credited to Lotus365.
Currency
All transactions on Lotus365 are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion.
5. Withdrawals
Eligibility to Withdraw
To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must have:
- Completed KYC identity verification
- Met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on bonus funds
- A verified bank account or UPI ID registered on your account
- No pending security investigations or account restrictions
Withdrawal Processing

Right to Verify Before Withdrawal
Lotus365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds verification. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of any such verification.
6. Betting Rules
Placing Bets
Bets are placed through the Lotus365 sportsbook interface — selecting a market, entering a stake, and confirming the bet slip. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number. A bet slip that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Lotus365 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts based on betting patterns.
Bet Acceptance
Lotus365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed on markets with obvious pricing errors, bets that exceed stake limits, or bets where there is evidence of market abuse or manipulation.
Odds Changes
Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those shown at the moment of confirmation — not the odds shown when you first viewed the market. Always check your bet slip before confirming.
In-Play Betting
Live betting markets are available during selected events. In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform’s ability to process them in real time. There may be delays in accepting in-play bets during fast-moving events. Lotus365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
Void Bets
A bet may be voided — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion
- The market is suspended due to a pricing error
- The bet was placed after the event had already started (for pre-match markets)
- Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or corrupt activity is identified
- A clear and obvious pricing error was present at the time the bet was placed
Voided bets have stakes returned to the account balance. They are not settled as wins or losses.
Settled Bets
Once a bet is settled, the result stands. Disputes about settled bets must be raised within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
Cash Out
The Cash Out feature allows you to close a bet before the final result, locking in a return based on current market conditions. Cash Out is available on selected markets and may not be available at all times — particularly during rapidly changing live events. The Cash Out value offered may be lower or higher than your original stake depending on current odds.
7. Casino and Games Rules
Game Fairness
All casino games on Lotus365 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by trained dealers in real time.
Game Rules
Each casino game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before playing.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including server errors, disconnections, or display failures — any affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. Lotus365 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions outside our reasonable control.
Disconnection During Live Games
If you are disconnected during a live casino game, the game will continue according to standard rules. Lotus365 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection. Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting a live casino session.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by Lotus365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and eligible markets. These terms are stated alongside each promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable as real money. For example, a ₹1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₹10,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Always check the specific terms of each bonus before claiming.
Bonus Abuse
Lotus365 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus
- Placing bets that do not contribute to genuine play — for example, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
- Sharing bonus funds between associated accounts
- Any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by Lotus365
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are valid for a specified time period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of this period. Expired bonuses are not reinstated.
Lotus365 Right to Modify Promotions
Lotus365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying bets already placed under that promotion will be honoured.
9. Responsible Gambling

Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
Session Reminders
Set time-based session reminders that notify you when you have been active for a defined period.

Periodic in-session notifications displaying time spent and total amount bet in the current session.
Requesting Responsible Gambling Support

Underage Gambling Prevention
Lotus365 uses age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If you share your device with minors, please ensure your Lotus365 account is logged out and inaccessible to them. Consider using device-level parental controls in addition to platform-level restrictions.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lotus365. Engaging in prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

General Prohibitions

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lotus365 platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design, text, images, software, and data — is the intellectual property of Lotus365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lotus365 content without our express written permission. Using the Lotus365 brand name, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
Lotus365 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
Accuracy of Information
Odds, scores, statistics, and other information displayed on the Lotus365 platform are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors. Lotus365 is not liable for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information where a clear error was present.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus365’s total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your Lotus365 account at the time of the relevant incident.
No Liability for Third Parties
Lotus365 is not responsible for the actions, services, or content of third-party payment providers, verification services, game providers, or any other third parties connected to the platform.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
Lotus365’s Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Lotus365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
- Court order or direction from a regulatory authority
- Evidence that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements
Effect of Account Closure
Upon account closure by Lotus365 due to terms breach:
- Any pending bets may be voided at our discretion
- Bonus balances will be forfeited
- Real-money balances will be returned after investigation, unless forfeited as a result of confirmed fraud or terms violation
Appealing a Suspension

14. Disputes and Complaints

Formal complaints are acknowledged within 4 hours and resolved within 48 hours in most cases. Complex complaints requiring investigation may take up to 14 days.
Bet Disputes
Disputes about specific bet outcomes must be raised within 30 days of settlement. Include the bet reference number, the market, and the basis for your dispute. Lotus365 will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Final Decision
Lotus365’s decision on complaints and disputes is final once the formal complaints process has been completed. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek resolution through applicable legal channels in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
Lotus365 may update these terms and conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made:
- The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be updated
- A notice will be displayed in the app or on the website
- Where required, your renewed acceptance will be requested
Your continued use of the Lotus365 platform after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
16. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable Indian law. Any disputes arising from your use of Lotus365 that cannot be resolved through our complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
